The Gentle Return combines nervous system regulation, breathwork, core and pelvic floor support, mindset work, movement, and emotional healing to help you reconnect with your body safely and gently.
This course is designed to support not just physical recovery, but the emotional and mental transition back into riding, motherhood, and yourself.
